A variety of fitness offerings are available for members at the racquet club. Yoga, water aerobics, and aerobics classes with strength training are held six days a week. Our classes cater to all abilities and all levels of experience. Call the tennis shop at 251.968.4164 to register for one of our classes. Sign-up’s will be first come first serve and will be made available each Friday for the next respective week.

A fitness room is also available for those preferring to work out on their own. Here members have access to top of the line cardio equipment with smart capability for classes or streaming content. Members will also find everything they need for strength training here with several options from which to choose.
